Lovells Partnership
AQS have enjoyed a working relationship with Lovells for seven years, preparing an electronic form of Bills of Quantities to suit their estimating systems.
The projects are social housing developments and bespoke units such as Norwich YMCA and Homes for the Elderly.
With reduced tender periods we are able to meet deadlines to allow the client to complete the estimating process within the normal time constraints.

Horsham Developments
AQS were engaged by Horsham Developments to undertake a feasability study on the extension of Abbey Farm Commercial Park at Horsham St Faiths.
This development consisted of the construction of a number of steel framed industrial units varying in size from 600sqm to 950sqm, together with the construction of a three storey office block approximately 1500sqm and a single storey office of 200sqm.
The development included an extension to the estate road and all associated infrastructure works.
We were retained by the client to provide all quantity surveying duties for the duration of the project.
Approximate contract value £20m
White Lodge Properties
This project was similar to works completed at Abbey Farm (Horsham Developments).
We were involved in futher expansion to White Lodge Trading Estate in Norwich.
Comprising of the construction of a number of large industrial units, the refubishment of two office blocks and major alterations to the K block (which was transformed from a hanger to a modern office and storage facility).
We have also completed a valuation of both Horsham Developments and White Lodge Properties property portfolio for insurance purposes.

Morgan Ashurst
AQS have worked with Morgan Ashurst in providing electronic Bills of Quantities for tendering purposes, often within tight time constraints.
We have enjoyed this working relationship for a number of years.
PT Desbrough Builders
A recent commission from Paul Desbrough Builders was the building of a 10,000sqf prestigious house in the suburbs of Edinburgh.
We were responsible for agreeing the Terms of Contract, preparing monthly valuations, dealing with subcontractors and also preparing final cost forecasts.
Oakbuild (GB) Ltd.
We were engaged by Oakbuild (GB) Ltd. to undertake a feasibility study for the construction of seven three storey houses on a site in Norwich.
We prepared and priced Bills of Quantities for the works.

Fieldens Ltd (Aldburgh)
AQS were contracted by Fieldens Ltd to provide full quantity surveying duties for the construction of an estate road on their development at Aldburgh Suffolk.
We undertook all pre and post contract work duties including agreement of monthly valuations, measurement of variations and agreement of the final account.
We were also comissioned to provide the duties listed above for a further road within their development, which was completed on time and within budget.

McGills Services (Middlesbrough)
McGills are an insulation and fitting out subcontractor to the offshore oil and gas industry.
Most of their works are completed at fabrication yards within England, Scotland and mainland Europe.
We were originally commissioned to provide quantity surveying services to a contract in Suffolk.
McGills Services had been contracted to insulate and fit out an Accommodation Module.
Our duties were the preparation of monthly valuations, measurement of variations and submission & agreement of Final Accounts.
We project managed several large contracts on their behalf in Suffolk and Royal Rosyth Shipyard at Dunfirmline Scotland.
